• COVID-19 vaccination is now required for all Harvard community members who will have any on-site presence.  This includes faculty, staff, and trainees (postdocs and graduate students).  You must submit verification of vaccination to HUHS ( by July 15 – see directions below. Once you have sent in your information, you can check whether HUHS has updated your record via the HUHS patient portal, immunization history tab.  Please allow for 1-2 weeks for the information to update.
