- COVID-19 vaccination is now required for all Harvard community members who will have any on-site presence. This includes faculty, staff, and trainees (postdocs and graduate students). You must submit verification of vaccination to HUHS (email@example.com) by July 15 – see directions below. Once you have sent in your information, you can check whether HUHS has updated your record via the HUHS patient portal, immunization history tab. Please allow for 1-2 weeks for the information to update.
- Once you have been full vaccinated (both doses if Pfizer or Moderna), please send a clear copy of your proof-of-vaccination card to HUHS at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can send the information securely either through encryption in Outlook or by using Accellion Kiteworks, accessed via Harvard Key.
